Elaboration:  Fermentation and vinification in stainless steel tanks. Temperature controlled stainless steel vats with cool settling at 45°F. Malolactic fermentation is done. 36 months on the lees in their chalk cellars at a constant 54°F in Buxeuil

Tasting Notes:  Refined, rich nose which evokes notes of butter, almond and brioche. Lively, elegant and balanced palate with good mouthful.
