Tūī House Dementia Day Service Opening – November 2026
St Andrew’s Village is proud to celebrate the official opening of Tūī House, our new Dementia Day Service dedicated to supporting people living with dementia and their families.
Tūī House provides a welcoming, safe and engaging environment where guests can enjoy meaningful activities, social connection, companionship and specialised support throughout the day. Our person-centred approach is designed to promote wellbeing, maintain independence, and enhance quality of life, while also providing valuable respite and reassurance for families and carers.
Building on the trusted support previously provided through The Selwyn Foundation’s Anchorage Dementia Day Programme, Tūī House offers a purpose-designed space where participants can connect with others, take part in enriching programmes, and experience a genuine sense of belonging.
The opening of Tūī House reflects St Andrew’s Village’s ongoing commitment to dementia-friendly care and creating a supportive community for those affected by dementia. We are delighted to welcome participants, families, supporters and community partners as we mark this important milestone and celebrate the positive difference Tūī House will make for Auckland families.
