Our Function Feedback
Our son got married at The Terraces Restaurant, St Andrews Village on Valentines Day. What an amazing venue. We were able to have the ceremony, canapes and bubbles while the photos were being taken on site, the reception and a dance all under one. No driving between places and filling in time.
The staff went out of their way to ensure that they accommodated all the wishes of the young couple.
There were ever so many comments from the guests on the amazing food. The buffet was generous and the quality fantastic. The range of choices for the initial choice, covered every eventuality. I have an allergy and there were 2 dishes I was unable to eat, but they had made an individual portion of each without the offending ingredient, especially for me. What wonderful, thoughtful service.
The in-house pastry chef did a fantastic job of the wedding cake as well as the desserts. The individual pavlovas were stand out. Front of house staff were efficient, courteous, unobtrusive and very attentive.
Unlike many venues, they didn’t prohibit confetti. The cleanup would have been back breaking, but it was done without complaint.
We can’t thank The Terraces and all who had a hand in making the day an outstanding success enough. Many thanks.

We write to express most grateful thanks for the perfect luncheon which the restaurant staff created for our 60th Wedding Anniversary Event on 31st January 2026 in the restaurant’s conservatory.
The success of the event is the result of everything done impeccably by restaurant and kitchen staff.
Restaurant manager Aisha, with Ilya, put together a package for us. The conservatory venue was impeccably set up looking like a picture from an up-market magazine. Aisha was there to ensure that all went welt, and it did indeed. The young waitresses were proactive in their work. The drinks service was always available and speedy, which was much appreciated.
Kitchen staff are to be commended too for contributing to the success of the event by the excellent food and by serving the whole table with no delays. There were many appreciative comments made to us by the attendees about how perfectly everything was arranged and carried out. There is absolutely nothing that we would suggest being done differently of in need any improvement. We thank St Andrew’s restaurant staff for a prefect outcome.
