Dr. Will Reedy is the Health Lead at Accenture New Zealand and part of their Global Health Team. He is passionate about reimagining health and wellness in the digital age to transform health services. With more than twenty-five years’ experience in health service transformation across New Zealand, Australia, Asia, North America, the UK and Europe, this work spans both strategy and delivery. Through Nautilus Health, Dr. Reedy also leads a team that resells and implements the world’s leading cloud-based Ambulance Electronic Health Record solution (ESO) and OnBoard Mobile Gateways for ambulance services across the Asia-Pacific region. Clinical practice is maintained as a surgical doctor in large tertiary hospitals in Auckland. Dr. Reedy will join the St Andrew’s Village Board and Clinical Governance Committee.

Janet Gallagher as our Head of People, Culture and Safety. Janet brings over 30 years of experience in human resources and health and safety, having held senior roles at New Zealand Dairy Foods, Lion Nathan, and the New Zealand Superannuation Fund.

A long-time Mission Bay resident of 20 years, Janet is enthusiastic about the opportunity to work within her local community and contribute to the wellbeing of both residents and staff.

In her role, Janet will oversee the ongoing development of a positive and inclusive organisational culture. Her position blends traditional HR responsibilities with a contemporary people and culture focus, supporting our commitment to the growth and development of our team and to creating a safe, engaged, and empowered workplace.

Manoj Patel is Chief Medical Officer at Age Brightly, where he leads the clinical vision and development of comprehensive, multidisciplinary approaches to supporting health and independence in older adults.
He has extensive experience across healthcare strategy, clinical innovation, and service design, with a focus on improving outcomes for ageing populations. Manoj has worked across hospital, rehabilitation, and community settings, and brings a strong interest in integrating technology and coordinated care models.

He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators (FRACMA).

Regan joined us in July 2024. He brings a wealth of experience in technology management and business solutions, having held leadership roles at companies such as Fujifilm Business Innovation NZ, Konica Minolta NZ, and Ricoh NZ. With an MBA and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the University of Auckland, along with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Otago, Regan is passionate about using innovation and strategic thinking to enhance operations and improve the experience of residents and staff. His expertise in solutions management and customer service makes him a valuable addition to our team.

Brownyn joined the Board in August 2023. She is a corporate lawyer with more than 25 years of experience in commercial transactions and advisory work. This has included responsibility for risk and compliance functions when working in a listed entity. Bronwyn is a member of the Finance, Audit & Risk Committee.

Sarah joined the Board in 2021 following an extensive career in leadership roles within the healthcare sector. Sarah also has both management and governance experience within the building services sector.

Sarah currently works for Southern Cross Healthcare as General Manager, SCHL Central Auckland. She is passionate about the commercialisation of healthcare to achieve optimal outcomes for patients (residents), considering the best use of all available resources.

Sarah is a current member of the Institute of Directors and Global Women. She is a member of the Clinical Governance Committee and the Property Committee.


Peter Goodfellow

Peter is a New Zealand businessman and politician currently serving as President of the New Zealand National Party. He has a UCLA Masters in Business Administration and both a Bachelor of Laws and of Commerce. Peter joined the Board of St Andrew’s Village in 2008 and currently serves on the Finance, Audit and Risk Subcommittee plus the Nominations Subcommittee.

Current CEO of the NZX listed, Argosy Property Limited, Peter Joined the board in 2019 and was appointed chair of the Property Committee in 2020. Peter has a property industry career of over 40 years, is a fellow of the Property Institute of New Zealand, and a past President of the Property Council of New Zealand. Peter is a trustee of the Massey University Property Foundation and a trustee of the New Zealand Sailing Trust.

Before joining the Board in 2018, Jill was a consultant Geriatrician at Auckland City Hospital for 25 years, the last 7 as a community Geriatrician.  Jill then worked for the HOPE Foundation for Research on Ageing for 5 years as their Executive Officer. She continues to have an interest in leg ulcer research and is on the Dove Hospice and Wellness Board. Jill was appointed Chair of the Clinical Governance Committee in 2023 and is also on the Strategy and Innovation Committee.

Previously a partner with KPMG, Sarah has worked in many CFO roles and has exclusive experience working with not-for-profit organisations and aged care. She currently holds the CFO role at The Trust Investments Management Limited.

Paul is a geriatrician based at Older People’s Health at Auckland City Hospital and Greenlane Clinical Centre.
His mission is ensuring older people get high quality healthcare to permit maximum health, function and independence. Where that independent living is not possible they should have the best possible residential care. Paul joined the Board of Trustees in 2011 and is Chair of the Clinical Governance Subcommittee

Dean Fox brings a wealth of experience to his role as Chief Financial Officer, with a strong background in healthcare and aged care operations. His expertise in retirement village management and regulatory compliance ensures our financial strategies are robust, sustainable, and aligned with the highest standards of resident care.

In his role, Dean oversees all aspects of village financial management, including operational budgets, resident fee administration, and long-term asset planning. He plays a key part in ensuring regulatory compliance and governance, while supporting future development initiatives that enhance the quality of life for our community.

Dean’s leadership combines financial acumen with a deep understanding of the aged care sector, helping us maintain excellence in care while planning confidently for the future.
